Account & Registration

Salot registration is free and takes under two minutes. Visit the Register page, fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number, email address and date of birth, then choose a username and password. After submitting, you will receive an OTP by SMS. Enter that code to activate your account. No documents are required at the registration stage — KYC is only needed when you request a withdrawal. You must be 18 or older to register.

The minimum age to register and use Salot is 18 years. Your date of birth is verified during registration and again during the KYC process. Any account found to be held by someone under 18 is closed immediately and all associated funds are reviewed according to our responsible gaming policy. This rule is non-negotiable.

On the Login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link below the password field. Enter your registered mobile number or email address. You will receive a reset link via SMS or email within a few minutes. Click the link and follow the steps to set a new password. If the message does not arrive, check your spam folder and make sure the number or email you entered matches what you used during Salot registration. No. Salot allows strictly one account per person. Creating multiple accounts — under your real name or under different names and phone numbers — breaches our Terms and Conditions. Duplicate accounts are identified and closed, and any bonus balances associated with them are forfeited. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the password reset function or contact support instead of registering again.

You do not need to submit any documents to create your Salot account and start playing. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal above the standard threshold. The process involves uploading a clear photo of your CNIC (front and back) and a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address. Verification is typically completed within one business day. Completing KYC early — before you want to withdraw — avoids delays when you are ready to cash out.

You can request account closure by emailing support@salot.im from your registered email address. Before your account is closed, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method after identity confirmation. Note that if you want a temporary break rather than permanent closure, the cool-off period and self-exclusion tools in your account settings are more suitable options. Deposits & Withdrawals

Salot accepts the following Pakistani payment methods:

All transactions are in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees on Salot. The minimum deposit is Rs 500.

The minimum deposit on Salot is Rs 500 for all supported payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-volume deposits may trigger additional verification under anti-money-laundering compliance requirements. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your Salot balance almost instantly in most cases.

Withdrawal times depend on the method you choose:
  • Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Usually within 15–60 minutes for verified accounts
  • IBFT Bank Transfer: 1–4 business hours depending on your bank
  • Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days
Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Your first withdrawal may take slightly longer while the verification review is processed. Subsequent withdrawals to the same verified account are faster.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are usually credited within a few seconds. If your deposit has not appeared after 10 minutes, check the following:
  • Confirm the transaction was successful on your mobile wallet app — look for a deduction confirmation and transaction reference number
  • Ensure you used the correct Salot account number or payment reference during the transaction
  • Refresh your Salot account balance page
If the deposit is still missing after 30 minutes, contact Salot support at support@salot.im with your transaction reference number, the amount, the payment method used and the time of the transaction. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Salot does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your third-party payment provider (e.g. your bank or mobile wallet) may apply their own transaction charges, but Salot does not add any fee on top. All amounts are in Pakistani Rupees with no currency conversion costs.
Bonuses & Promotions

The Salot welcome bonus is automatically applied to your first qualifying deposit — no coupon code is required. Simply register, make your first deposit of at least the minimum qualifying amount, and the bonus will be credited to your account automatically. The bonus is available to new members only (18+). Full terms and wagering requirements are shown in the promotions section of your account dashboard after login.

A wagering requirement is a multiplier that tells you how many times you must bet a bonus amount before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10× wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling Rs 10,000 before the bonus becomes withdrawable. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is listed in the individual bonus terms on the Salot promotions page. Progress toward meeting wagering requirements is displayed in your account dashboard. Not all games contribute equally to wagering — check the bonus terms for the contribution rate of each game type.

Once you are a verified Salot member, you receive a personal referral code visible in your account settings. Share this code with friends. When a friend registers using your code and makes their first qualifying deposit, both of you receive a bonus reward. There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer. Referral codes must be applied at the time of the friend's registration — they cannot be added retroactively.

Yes. First, check that you met all the eligibility conditions for the specific offer — minimum deposit amount, qualifying game, valid promotional period. Most Salot bonuses are credited automatically within a few minutes of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. If more than 30 minutes have passed and the bonus is not showing in your account, contact our support team at support@salot.im with the promotion name, your deposit amount, and the date and time of the transaction. Account Security

Log in to your Salot account and go to Account Settings > Security. You will find the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) option there. Once enabled, every login attempt from a new device will require an OTP sent to your registered mobile number in addition to your password. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA — it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access even if your password is compromised. The process takes less than two minutes to set up.

Act immediately — contact Salot support at support@salot.im or via live chat and request an emergency account lock. Change your password right away from a secure device. Check your registered email and mobile inbox for any OTPs you did not request. Our security team will review recent login history and any suspicious transactions. If funds were moved without your authorisation, we will investigate and take appropriate action. Response time for security incidents is under 30 minutes during supported hours.

Responsible Gaming

Log in to your Salot account, go to Account Settings and select the Responsible Gaming section. Here you will find options to set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits. Enter your chosen limit in PKR and confirm. Deposit limits take effect immediately. Reducing a limit applies instantly. Increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling period to prevent impulsive decisions. We encourage all Salot players to set a deposit limit from the moment they register, before their first gaming session.

Salot offers two options depending on how long a break you need:
  • Cool-Off Period: Suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. Your account remains intact and is automatically re-enabled when the period ends. Set this in Account Settings > Responsible Gaming.
